Are the items on this site authentic?

A: Of course! We will not sell items that are not authentic! Selling fake or unauthentic items is illegal. We obtain our merchandise from factory authorized distributors.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

A: We usually ship out items the day after it was ordered, if not before. It generally takes between 3-5 days for items to arrive. Sometimes it may take a bit longer, so please be patient!

Is shopping on your site secure?

A: Of course! Your transaction information is transferred over secure socket layer. We use a third-party payment processor if you choose to pay by credit card, and we do not store the credit card information.

How can I pay for your items?

A: We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We may be able to accommodate alternative payment methods for larger orders. In that case, please contact us via e-mail at customerservice@giftstreetdeals.com.

What is your return policy?

A: We will accept returns for up to 7 days from the date of receipt of the item, unless otherwise noted. The item must be unused and unchanged. Also, we will deduct shipping costs from the refund. If the item is not working properly, we will waive the 7 day requirement and will not deduct the shipping costs from the refund.

Do you size watches?

A: We cannot size watches. However, sizing is relatively inexpensive and can be done at most local jewelers.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

A: If you would like to buy items wholesale, please contact us via e-mail and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, due to the extremely low prices on the daily deals, we will generally not discount those items.

Do you charge sales tax?

A: Sales tax is charged in New York State only, and generally varies between 8 and 9 percent of the subtotal, depending on the rate at the time.

Will I be contacted regarding a purchase?

A: We may contact you if you make a large purchase, just to make sure that no mistakes are made in the order. Please include a valid phone number and e-mail address in order to avoid delays in the order.

How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is generally $5 per item, unless otherwise noted. For large orders, shipping may be discounted on a case by case basis.

How do you ship?

A: We generally ship via the US Postal Service. For more expensive orders, we may ship items via UPS or FedEx.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

A: Yes! Since we use USPS for shipping, shipping to a PO box or APO box is generally not a problem.

I made a mistake in my order! What do I do?

A: Contact us as soon as possible! If the item is shipped out, we cannot cancel the order.
